Live Calligraphy FAQs

Live services bring a memorable experience to almost any event! Think: Weddings, baby showers, corporate events, product launches, private parties, trade shows. The list is practically endless.

There are many factors taken into consideration when giving you a quoted price, including: duration of event, number of items to be personalized, travel, material of items, etc.
Live wedding services begin at $1,000.
For luxury brand activations and corporate events, a minimum of two hours on-site is required.

The client is responsible for providing the items, but I am happy to give suggestions of what items would work best.

For pen and ink and engraving services, a table and comfortable chair as well as a well lit area is all I need. But for other services such as hot foiling, I will need access to an outlet.

It depends! I usually recommend 1-2 words to be customized on the item. Therefore, I can typically complete 15-25 items per hour. There are additional factors that come into play depending on your preferred items and form of calligraphy. We chat about all of this on your discovery call.

I am based in Berks County, Pennsylvania and do travel as needed. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

ENVELOPE ADDRESSING
There’s something magical and whimsical about receiving a piece of mail with your name in calligraphy. Let your family, friends, or guests feel the enchantment that custom calligraphy brings.
Envelope Addressing begins at $4.50 per envelope (this is for calligraphy only; the customer must provide the envelopes)
You choose preferred ink color
The customer must provide a spreadsheet of names and addresses. I will address them exactly how I receive them
IN-STUDIO ENGRAVING
In-studio items that can be engraved include: perfume bottles, cosmetics, hair accessories, metal tumblers, candles. Have another item you want engraved? Contact me to chat!
All bottles and glassware engravings start at $60
Bottles containing alcohol cannot be shipped (these items are local drop off and pick up only)
Whether it’s a whisky bottle for your dad or personalized claw clips for your bridesmaids, your gift will be the one they remember.
VOWS AND CUSTOM QUOTES
Calligraphy is a beautiful way to showcase your vows, a favorite song or quote, and other special words. A custom calligraphy piece is perfect for anniversary gifts, birthday gifts, special occasions, or to display among your favorite things at home.
Vows with 50 or less words begin at $60.
Custom quotes begin at $20
All pieces are written in pointed pen and black archival ink on 140 lb watercolor paper

WORKSHOPS AND PRIVATE CLASSES
Anyone can learn the art of calligraphy! No, your handwriting doesn’t need to be nice, and no, it doesn’t matter if you’re left handed or right handed. Calligraphy is a practice, and I’d LOVE to help start your calligraphy journey. I offer classes at some of my favorite local businesses, as well as private classes. Private classes are the perfect option for corporate events, bridal showers, baby showers, or just a fun night out with your besties.
